Anybody here familiar with the british TV show "My Hero", about an alien superhero named Thermoman who falls in love with and marries an earth girl, and he does not understand earth culture (he has a high amount of trust for people and takes things literally, for example)?

Am just asking because if Thermoman were not an alien, he probably would be autistic.

I remember that show from many, many years ago.

I thought it was quite amusing at the time.

Isn't that Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews?

Did not watch that show as a kid. Of course, have always lived in the United States, it apparently was never broadcast here.

It was broadcast on public television, so you may not have seen it. I grew up watching it, and a lot of the "britcoms"

TBH, he's probably the one I remember most from that show. Father Dougal was hilarious.

I remember watching My Hero as a kid and yes he might show signs of autistic traits.

By the way I ended up watching a few episodes on Dailymotion and Youtube after seeing this thread, lol.
