Is it immature that I avoid TV-MA?

As I said many times, shows like The Simpsons and sophisticated anime make me uncomfortable, mainly because I have a very strict family. I have seen clips of The Simpsons, Family Guy (only old Family Guy is good though), hell even South Park (huge trend a year ago), all with a headset, and I already know every word they say and know which ones not to say. However, outside of clips on the internet, shows made for babies, namely Looney Tunes, make me feel safer. I was also yelled at for looking at gore art from a scenecore teen on deviantart in the 2000s, and I'm not allowed to use sex terms so that's other reasons these shows make me uncomfortable other than swearing/slurs. Anime is nothing but y@ndere (gore and often literal murder) or l0li (underaged characters being sexualized), and I know there are some that are not but those are usually aimed at children, such as Pokemon or Sonic. I PLAN to eventually, when Disney+ is ok to use again, check out The Simpsons and if my family feels there's something I shouldn't be watching, it can be turned off. I should also note I'm an age regressor (not the creepy kind, please research sfw agere), so I can feel inside my comfort zone. I also just like cute things, however I'm looking into Roger Rabbit and Animaniacs to start since they are a more mature version of Looney Tunes that use familiar characters. I just think adult shows go way too overboard.
I hope you understand and don't think it's too childish for me to avoid TV-MA and anime.

Whether or not it's immature, who's entitled to judge you for preferring some entertainment over other entertainment?
I wouldn't say all anime is either gory or perverted though. Lucky Star is neither, the closest it gets to being perverted are some pretty tame references to the main character playing eroge and dating sims and a few jokes at her dad's expense. It's mostly just about regular people (and Konata) living regular lives.
Ultimately anime is just Japanese cartoons and they span the entire spectrum just like American cartoons.
Besides that, there's nothing wrong with liking stuff that comforts you. You're allowed to have things that comfort you.

I read it has sexual content. And I'm pretty sure the main characters are minors...

I've watched the entire series more than once.
It would be an extreme stretch to claim it has sexual content. It has a period joke and a few instances of Konata teasing another girl about her wanting to find a boyfriend. There's also a few comments about dating sims and a bit where Konata teases her dad about his attraction to women who look like her mom (petite, not busty) meaning he has a lolita complex. There's a girl who draws yaoi, but none of her art that's shown is graphic. She draws pretty boys standing close to other pretty boys.
They're in high school but Konata turning 18 is used as a setup for joking that now she can buy her own dating sims. The three other main characters are all in the same grade.
They're depicted as fairly regular, age-appropriate high schoolers. There's a couple of pretty mild jokes about three of the characters watching/playing smut, a bit about a really straight-laced character having to buy Konata a yaoi comic and a couple about the two who enjoy smut trying to keep Konata's cousin from knowing about that stuff.
An example of one of the jokes about smut being Patty (an American character) commenting that a picture on Konata's screen has glitches but still looks debauched, referencing the censorship typical of Japanese porn. You never see the content, they never describe it, they just lampshade it.
And that's pretty much it for the entire series, a couple of throwaway jokes in a few episodes. The very mild references to sex are only ever played for laughs and never as a source of drama or titillation. It's a show that could be broadcast at any time of day, not just after the watershed.

I myself am NEVER a big fan of "mature" rated stuff. Sure, there are some things I can handle, like artistic nudity, action violence, alcohol/drug references, and tough themes, but I've NEVER liked hearing strong swearing and graphic sexual content.
The only "mature" rated media I've ever gone into was the defunct video game series called Legacy of Kain, namely Blood Omen I and II, Soul Reaver I and II, and Defiance. In spite of its M-rating, there's no sexual content on there, and the strongest foul language you'll hear are "damn", "hell", and "b@st@rd".
Aside from that, I'm more into PG-rated stuff, because I find them more meaningful and tame than either the kiddy or the adult-oriented crap they have on nowadays. >:/
As for Looney Tunes and Pokemon, please refer to them as "all-ages", rather than "for babies and kiddies", because those are meant to be enjoyed by grown-ups, as well.

I'm sorry. It's just that Looney Tunes is referenced on shows considered baby shows such as Elmo. There is a LOT of Looney Tunes mention on Elmo. And it ruins its reputation.

The age of consent in Japan used to be 13. It's recently been raised to 16. (I was a huge Sailor Moon fan beginning in 7th grade. I remember having that discussion with mom (brought up by me) because I was asking for the manga. I thought it better to explain than have them just come across it since she's in middle school or a freshman.)
This is a myth that has been misread. The national age of consent was 13 (set in 1907) before it was raised to be 16 recently, however, each local government has set their own consent laws ranging from 16-18 depending on your prefecture. There are municipal laws that supersede that law which makes it illegal in all areas in Japan to have relations with a 13 year old.
Not to go on another tangent, but child marriage is still legal in some parts of the US. Other countries, such as Germany, have an age consent of 14. While all this doesn't excuse the darker side of Japanese media, I'm a little tired of people saying this.

Just an FYI.
I am aware, but the ones I have seen would be unacceptable for me (Sonic, Pokemon, etc). If there is anything stereotypically considered mature but doesn't have blood, sex or swearing, lmk.

Initial D doesn't have blood, sex or swearing, Wangan Midnight is even 'cleaner'.
A lot of 'slice of life' animes don't have any of those.
For the most part, swearing doesn't even translate because English and Japanese don't consider the same things to be to be profane. It's like how in Quebecois French words like tabarnak and câlice are curse words, but in English tabernacle and chalice aren't profane at all.
A lot of titles considered to be Seinen would be most likely to contain the themes you'd like to avoid. Josei also sometimes contains sexual themes.
That said, Josei collectively describes all of the titles aimed towards adult women, Seinen describes all of the titles aimed towards adult men. With that in mind it isn't like everything in those categories features sex or violence.
Initial D is an example of seinen but only has one minor storyline that relates to sex and nothing sexual is ever depicted.

Yeah, there are some children's shows that will have "damn" or "damnit" for an English sub, and it's not considered to be a swear word. It's just the easiest to translate.
Adding on off the top of my head:
K-On
Magical girl animes - Anything Pretty Cure related is fine lol.
Studio Ghibli films
Doraemon
Hamtaro
Sherlock Hound
Little Witch Academia
Digimon
Not sure why Pokemon and Sonic are bad? But adding those.

I assume because they're stigmatized as "kids shows".

I also do plan on watching The Muppets (only the og Muppets, not Sesame Street or anything. Besides, I hate Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock and BitBBH) since compared to Looney Tunes, they were created for all ages. The problem is I don't want to give money to Disney+, the og show could take a long time to watch and I'm not sure the order of the movies.

More likely because their main purpose is seen as being to promote mass-produced products e.g. games, toys, etc.
