I found this channel several days ago called "Soviet Born" It's a channel with videos on various topics with a woman named Julia who experienced life in the Soviet Union. I thought some of them were fascinating and love listening to her experiences. One of my special interests is the Cold War and Russian history. This was an interesting video.

Both of these may be of some interest.
The first one has more history, which I found wonderful.
The second one had a more focused history.
But they both got the one thing right, the most important, correct thing, and that delighted me.
John Whitney (Sr.) was the first to use it on film. Yes. John Whitney is the single most important piece of information in both. The father of computer animation.

(LOL - I am seriously laughing at my own silliness. :D I know I am being ridiculous, and purposefully so.
But part of me really means it because some people hear "slit-scan" and think "Douglas Trumbull." Where as I think John Whitney, using WWII surplus technology that he and his brother James repurposed. They are all great, but again, John Whitney.)

I was reading through a list of people who became famous after they died. It literally said 50 Legends. It was interesting. Some I knew. Some I did not know. Jeff Buckley was one of the people. I had not heard of him. That is not surprising. There are millions of people in time and space I have not heard of, but there are niche groups of people that I am aware of. (Exasperation. What is the point?)
I found this cover by Jeff Buckley to be an appropriate soundtrack to this list.

Here's a little video talking about some qualities of IQ:

Ivy league students are said to have an average IQ of 115. Interesting!
