Yes. Somewhere in the back of my brain that keeps popping up. Translation: every once in a while I think "are the new episodes of Dexter coming out soon?" Then I try to remember exactly when, can't, think about looking it up, and then oh!
Last Week Tonight with John OliverSeason 12, episode 16 - June 22, 2025 -
AI Slop (or properly spelled A.I. Slop)
In other word, I distract myself with a tangent.
Thank you babybird for reminding us! I will now look it up before I click

Dexter: Resurrection - July 11, 2025, episodes 1 and 2 on Paramount+
What is weird about the IMDB page is list lists 10 episodes (okay) and episodes one and two will be released July 11 (again, okay), but episodes 9 and 10 show they were released May 17 and May 18 (WTF? Sorry for the acronymonious
1 swearing)

1 - combining
acronym with the suffix
monious meaning
of or resemblingI made it up. Not to be confused with
Acrimonious. Although acrimonious is me when acronyms are not punctuated. WFT is pretty common, as is AI except with out an appropriate font, AI can read as Al (lowercase L). It's like saying let's make a new traffic sign that is red and white with eight sides that says STOP, but it is an acronym meaning
Some
Traffic
Or
Proceed. STOP, it just muddles the meaning. Although someone is feeling so pleased with their acronym (not me).
See, this is the type of tangent stuff I get lost in. I find it absurd and humorous. The end result is not absurd and humorous, but the neuro mechanism that creates the end result. I just wanted to post that I watched
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.
