Go ahead and post your favorite movie trailers. Or the trailers to your favorite movies.

Edit: although it looks like it would because of the trailer's still shot, the trailer has no nudity so don't worry. The character is revealing that she's pregnant.
This is one of the most depressing films I've ever seen and one of my all time favorites. Although the theme is Hope, the backdrops and just the things in the backround in general are very depressing in much the same vein as 1984.

I remember my excitement upon seeing this trailer. I almost shed a tear of joy.

Taegukgi is basically Korea's Saving Private Ryan. It is one of the saddest movies I have ever seen and the trailer itself is depressing assuming you've already seen the film.

I haven't finished the film, but I plan on it soon as I own it. It's about a family from South Vietnam fleeing the communists after the Americans abandoned Vietnam. The Father stays behind while his family flees on a boat to China and immigrate to America.

This isn't the actual trailer, but I find it better than the real one so I put it up.

Ah, Edward Scissorhands. Still my favorite movie of all time. Very bittersweet and emotionally touching.

I remember the first time I ever watched the trailer for Alice in Wonderland. I was completely blown away! I saw this movie on opening day. It's now my second favorite movie.

Sweeney Todd is delightfully sadistic. I really liked Helena Bonham Carter in this movie. Good music too, my favorite song is "Johanna (Reprise)".

The new version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has its share of critics, but I really enjoy it. It makes me laugh every time I watch it. :)

I could be wrong but I think you're obsessed with Johnny Depp...

My standard response to this one is the first teaser for District 9, it's incredibly shocking if you've never heard of the movie (and since it wasn't very hyped up before the teaser, most people hadn't), and I was immediately determined to see this movie, even though it wouldn't come out for another three months.

On the other hand, I had been following Inception for a while before the trailer came out, and I was incredibly excited when the first one did. (In case you haven't heard of it, this movie still hasn't come out yet, it is released July 16 I think, and the plot was top secret for a while, but a few things have been revealed by now.)

And the first trailer for Iron Man was amazing, I watched it so many times when it first came out, especially since Iron Man is one of my favorite comic books.

You're absolutely right. I've been completely obsessed with Johnny and his movies since January, especially the first four that I posted trailers for. However, I do enjoy other movies that don't have Depp in them, though they are admittedly few and far between. Also, there are some Depp movies that I didn't like, and ones that I haven't seen but don't want to (Public Enemies and Ninth Gate come to mind).

I hope I'm not bending the rules of this thread too much by posting this trailer since it's for a book, not a movie, but I just had to share it.

I just watched Moon, a little known British movie directed and written by Duncan Jones(David Bowie's son). The movie is among the best movies I have ever seen, not kidding. I rarely come across movies such as this one. It saw a very limited release last year in America, so it's not well known, but it was nominated for best British movie for the previous BAFTA(the British equivalent of the Oscars). Don't go investigating, as it is best to go into this movie knowing nothing.

I'm with you; I actually enjoyed it more than the old Gene Wilder film.

duuude, yeeessss. awesome movie and you can bet i own it. seriously, people just watch the movie. read a little synopsis and then watch it. i really loved Kevin Spacey as the voice of the robot. watching it made me feel guilty about never seeing 2001: A Space Odyssey. I need to stop avoiding Kubrick films...

Oi, speaking of Kubrick:
Okay so this wasn't a trailer shown in theatres but...gotta give props to a person who can make The Shining look like a happy movie :D

No Sleepy Hollow? What's the matter with you?

Moon is a great film and a wonderful throwback to the era of thought-provoking sci-fi epitomised by 2001: A Space Odyssey. I live near London, so I was able to see Moon in the cinema during its limited release. I'm glad I did.

I like that one where the voiceover guy with the really deep voice says "...now only one man can stop them!" You know the one I mean?

Oops... I always forget about Sleepy Hollow. xD That's a great movie too.
