Silver Spoons...though I don't think I've ever watched a full episode of the show lol.
Blossom...same thing.

I also like the music played at the beginning and during Becker.

My absolute favorite is Hill Street Blues theme. I also like the themes from the PBS Miss Marple (with Joan Hickson) and Inspector Dalgleish (sp.?) series.
