I am a connoisseur of classic cartoons. I am into Looney Tunes, and Tom and Jerry, as well as the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoons.

Is anyone else here a fan of the oldies but goodies?

I really like bugs and daffy and the alien,etc.....but I watch a lot of the new cartoons(Adult Swim)as I know you do,Tim....dont forget ...Metapocalypse marathon on New years Eve!! !! ! I actually prefer the new toons for teens /adults.

For me Walt Kelly, with Pogo, was an incomparable genius, followed ar some distance by Schulz of Peanuts. I liked also Blondie and Beetle Bailey.

I love the old cartoons. I really wish Cartoon Network showed them more.

I watch Looney Toons, especially Road Runner. "Meep, Meep". "The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy" I watch as well, along side "Ed, Edd N Eddy", "Dexter's Lab" and "Johnny Bravo".

I recently picked up a 2-DVD set of classic Warner Brothers cartoons, the "Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection - Volume 1", featuring 28 classic shorts. Great stuff.

I am an ardent Adult Swim fan, but I don't like Metalocalypse. I need to see Assy McGee more often, though. I miss Minoriteam already.

Secret Squirrel!! !! ! I love that cartoon. I was mad when Cartoon Network stopped showing it.
