With all those TV/movie remakes (Knight Rider, American Gladitors, The Electric Company, Nickelodeon GUTS, etc.) nowadays, I want to see "Double Dare" and "Saved By The Bell" get remaked.

Friends, best show ever.

The Daily Mail said that there was gonna be a Friends movie, like what happened with Sex and the City, but it turned out to be the usual Daily Mail BS. I was disappointed, that should have been true!!

Friends is definitely the best show (I literally just finished rewatching all the seasons again), but I wouldn't want it to be remade. If it had run longer that would have been amazing but really I think it's perfect as it is and I wouldn't want a movie or a remake or anything. The only thing that would be nice is if the episodes from the earlier seasons were more clear on the dvds but they're old so it's acceptable.

I can't think of any shows I want to be remade, but there are shows that I wish would continue. Like John Doe and Carnivale. They were cancelled at the worst time ever plot-wise and I was really upset when they ended.

the lord of the rings triology. the special effects suck balls. the acting sucks balls. the costumes sucks balls, and the combat coreography REALLY sucks balls.
seriously

sweatty balls.

the matrix should be remade, rewritten and the actors re-cast, hell get new directors too, OR deleted from all records.

F. Paul Wilson's "The Keep"

The original movie is pretty cool but unintelligble to a lot of people.
They won't even release it on DVD....

In the book there was a lot more back-story.

That would be nice, indeed! But only if they choose not to remove Richard Dean Anderson from the show ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Dean_Anderson ).

Streets of San Francisco.

And have Michael Douglas come back as the senior detective - the Karl Malden character. And some cute, random, weisenheimer young actor as the junior det.

Same opening - same music and awesome zoom shots of SF landmarks.

Yeah I agree with that one. They should just give it a modern profile and get rid of all the 80's sounds, lol. And it wouldnt be the same without Also "Jack Dalton" (forgot the actors name) and Dana Elcar, but I dont want "Nikki" on, she was quite annoying...

And my brother in law once told me that Richard Dean Anderson has died in Aids. I was kinda chocked and emediately searched the net for it but I never found any proof of it. I still dont know if that was a bad joke....

He does that Stargate show on Sci Fi - or wherever. (At least in the South US). I think its relatively current. He looks pretty much the same! He could easily do MacGyver again.

By the time I come up with a good answer to this one, I will have long since logged off. I know there's one in here, cause I thought of one not too long ago, but I can't remember what it was.

I JUST remembered the series I was thinking of: Hogan's Heroes. That was funny ("I know NOTH-ING!")

Star Trek. They should re-imagine it just like they did with Battlestar Galactica. Only this time, not so "goody two-shoes".

Actually, I'm not so fond of the remakes. It seems all they really do is make them more cynical and violent. I'd rather see more NEW CREATIVE movies and shows with some real content -- and scrap all thos BORING reality shows. Who wants to watch a bunch of people gossip and bicker?????

Big Wolf on Campus was a good if undervalued show.
