It definitely wasn't bad. I had very high expectations of it though, and they weren't entirely met. I had thought it was funnier TBH. I also expected it to be more about him trying to be a hero in different games more than he actually did and that he would do so with comical result.

It was still good, just a very different story to the one I expected.

Puppy love

I watched it entirely because of the bearded collie, Jake. He was very lovable. Unfortunately it started out very well with lots of cute and funny and some sad scenes with Jake, but after a while it turned the focus to The male and female lead and their romance. I would have wanted more dog throughout the movie.

Also: a 10 year old girl can't be home alone for 4 hours in the middle of the day??! ! Uhm whut?

How did you like it?

It was hilarious and worth the $5 matinee ticket price! I wasn't expecting more humor this time, but still Ant-Man And The Wasp was a fun Marvel film nonetheless with great chemistry between Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly! :D

A Quiet Place.

Pretty original horror film taking place in the near future where the world has seemingly been overrun by blind monsters that hunt using hearing. A father is trying to save his family as they remain quiet for much of the movie, especially since his wife is pregnant, and they fear how the new born's crying will draw the monsters to them. A simple farmer, he has been becoming a scientist as he tries to devise a means of fighting the invaders. The real heroine if the movie is the deaf daughter, who believes her father blames her for her brother's death, and who ultimately discovers what her father had been searching for... a means to drive away the monsters.
