Saw was a bit disturbing when I was youger, but only the first one. Every Saw after that wasn't disturbing, just annoying.

Splice.
A decent film, up to a point...
It was not entirely 'disturbing', but certainly worthy of a huge WTF towards the end.

LexingtonDeville: There's much more graphic rape scenes than the one in A Clockwork Orange. The main one (yup, there is more than one - a couple, in fact) in Billy Tang's Red to Kill is quite sick and intense. The scene afterwards where the rape victim (a mentally-retarded lass) hacks away at her public region is pretty hard to watch.

Donnie Darko. I finished watching it about half an hour ago and I was thoroughly creeped out. Frank the rabbit is pure nightmare fuel, and doomsday countdowns make me uneasy ever since I played Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask as a child.

Requiem for a Dream was the only movie I've seen that has really disturbed me.

I'd say Grave of the fireflies. I couldn't sleep for a week after seeing this animated movie. It's probably my favourite movie however.

The last scene in Fargo kind of disturbs me. Otherwise, Eraserhead is probably one of the most disturbing movies I have seen in my life.

Personally, I think High School Musical is pretty disturbing. I know very few 18 year old boys who can watch it without vomiting!

think the better question is: after seeing a movie you feel disturbed by, why see two more just like it? also ,thank you burger chomping french dinosaur.....haven't thought about eraserhead in a long time.

High school musical aside, this is actually a good question. If you're like me, you watch movies not only to be entertained, but to see something you feel is so personal, so gut/heart wrenching, you feel like you're watching something you shouldn't see. I love to be offended, I love to be challenged, I love to feel uncomfortable throughout the entire film and yes, I love to see things captured on film I would absolutely loathe to see in real life. You call it disturbing, I call it theatre at it's best!

I thought all the "Final Destination" sequels were more disturbing than the very first one.
