Maybe you're a fan for computer game books from the 1980s where you typed in code for games? She has a link to Usborne books where one can find PDF copies of the books for download.

Wow, pcgoblin, I downloaded some of those games pdfs! I'm excited! They remind me of some of the Zachtronics games. I guess there's a legacy there I had not picked up on.

Glad you found interest in it. One of these two memories is true. Either I own one of those original books, or I checked it out of our public library back then. Either could be true. I have old computer books in boxes. But I have now have these as PDFs. Computer Battlegames looks very familiar.
I looked up Zachtronics, because I am unfamiliar with them.
And when am I going remember "don't hit the quote" button to respond to a post while in the middle of watching a video?
