The Brain Eaters.

No actual brains are eaten. Terrible, unintentionally funny movie about parasites from within the earth having drilled to the surface to take over humanity by attaching themselves to the back of the necks of their victims. I think it inspired an episode of STNG.

Old Guard on Netflix. Very satisfying, intend to watch it again.
