Smokey and the Bandit 3
Big Bully
The last Action Hero
The Time Machine

I don't think most critics realized that The last Action Hero was deliberately filled with clichés (eg. the police officer being killed two days before retirement) and goofs.

Question: Is there any movie critics DON'T hate? :?

Anyways I guess mine would be The Skeleton Key. While I admit the film wasn't scary, it was very interesting and I loved the twist in the end. Plus the theme about hoodoo was very cool, and it's nice to see a film that doesn't potray all Southeners as inbreeding hicks, though they were still creepy. :P

Have you ever seen Angel Heart and The Serpent and the Rainbow?

With most films, I couldn't even tell you whether most critics loved or hated them. But I probably get to hear more about films critics loved, and so I'd probably find it easier to name movies critics loved but I disliked (Forrest Gump! Booooooring!)

I know the critics really slated The Avengers and Dude Where's My Car, but I haven't seen either of those.

I really liked the Rocky & Bullwinkle movie :) and I can't imagine the critics raving over that.
Also, I remember seeing a really good sci-fi movie on TV called Timescape with Jeff Daniels. The TV guide gave it 2 out of 5.

Howard the Duck - Every single critic considers this to be one of the worst films ever, but I enjoyed it. My dad and I love watching it. In fact, they actually filmed a small segment of the movie in a town not far from where I live.

Me too, I can see why it is bad... but... I can't help but watch this movie, it's entertaining!

I feel the same way about Armageddon directed by Michael Bay... It's loud, obviously scientifically inaccurate, edited with scissors and tape, and the love story is so cheesy that I could gag... but I still like watching it for some reason, I still get entertainment value out of it.

Star Wars: Episodes I The Phantom Menace. I know the reviews were mixed, but most people didn't actually LIKE it. I did and do.

I really liked The Pacifier starring Vin Diesel. I don't know why the critics panned it.

I loved that one - Vin Diesel was awesome in "The Pacifier".
