Well, you're not the only one annoyed by logos and you certainly don't have to be Aspie to find them annoying, either. A lot of people can tune things out, but certainly not all. It's also annoying when they shove up or sideways the picture so that they can stuff a message in at the side. There's not much incentive to watch their channel if you can't see the actual show.

I had to laugh tonight, though, when the show Chowder made fun of that very thing. Chowder got carried away practicing his penmanship and drew on the "camera," so another character sprayed the ink and wiped it away. Then Chowder said, "What about that one?" pointing to the station logo on the other side. "No," says the other, "I tried it already, that one doesn't go away."

Logos and promos REALLY do bother me yes.

The subtitles are helpful for someone in my place especially when the characters on TV talk really fast but I'm more bother by the subtitles when they dont match up with what's being said on screen. I know sometimes it's because it takes a little longer for someone to read the subtitles than it does for one to hear the dialogue but I would prefer them getting close to word for word and to also cut off right away if new dialogue is happening, like when someone is being interrupted by someone else. I think if I were deaf and had to use the subtitles or Close Captioning it would spoil a lot of things for me because the people who make these captions are REALLY bad on the timing.

also the annoying channel indenter that constantly in one corner as well as every now and then a pop up of what to come next.
also when someone keeps turn the volume up and down (shows on screen) when loud noises and then taking.

i prefer to watch a film in the cinema.

agreed. the worst are those promotions that actually have sound or show characters from another TV show pushing each other.

I get annoyed by pop up logos and those watermark logos of station ID's on TV. I can stop it on my PC wish I could on my TV. No wonder sales of series on dvd is high you don't have to put up with things like this.
