i actually didnt like it that much. it was long and dragged on alot. you could have cut an hour off of it and wouldnt have lost any significant information and it would have made it easier to watch. the storyline and effects were great, it was just too long and boring

It's really difficult not to respect this film. Sure it's not a film you'll throw on to watch again on a rainy day just for the heck of it, but it's crafted together so well and holds nothing back regarding the seriousness of the situation.

On a personal note, one of the greatest mistakes in Oscar history was Ralph Fiennes not winning Best Supporting Actor for this film.

Excellent film. Showcases that there is a very fine line between "Nazi" and "German."
