...Wife, now. Partner, wife, same difference, she could get quite a bit of his stuff if she wanted to get divorced. So make advances at your peril. He'll set the two Christophers on you, otherwise.

I swing both ways, so I figure I could proposition them with a threesome if the opportunity ever presented itself. Which it won't, because they're, y'know, super-famous and I'm one of the unwashed masses.

Not to mention that they will set the two Christophers onto you. Lee and Walken. Walken is one of the few people that scare Tim Burton, and Lee, well, consider that he was Dracula.

I don't blame Tim for being scared of Walken. He was a real creeper in Sleepy Hollow. And from what little I've seen of Lee, he's pretty terrifying too. When my mom saw him in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the first thing she said was "Psycho dad!" (he played Willy Wonka's dad in that film).

I was hesitant to watch that film because it sounds like a chick flick from the summaries I've read of it. But it might be worth dealing with two hours of melodrama just to see some hot Helena action.

In a documentary for Batman Returns, the casting director recalled that when she suggested Walken for Max Shreck, Tim Burton freaked out, saying that he was scared of Walken (and for someone like Tim Burton, nightmare fetishist extraordinaire, that's saying something), but the casting director said that that was the point, that you were supposed to be scared of Max Shreck.

I know. And Saruman in Lord of the Rings. And Count Dooku in the Star Wars prequels. And Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun. And he was brilliant as DiZ/Ansem in Kingdom Hearts II.

I suspect they use Johnny Depp for their threesomes.

I love Tim Burton deeply and his movies are among my favorites, no question. That said, I still find this video hilarious.

Can we stop going on about Burton and Bonham-Carter and their sex life? Geez Louisiana, this is getting out of control.

Sorry.

(on topic)
Tim Burton's films have been a special interest of mine ever since January of this year, although I did enjoy Nightmare Before Christmas and the Beetlejuice cartoon when I was a toddler. Alice in Wonderland is my top favorite, but I have a lot of love for other Burton/Depp collaborations as well, particularly Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Todd and Edward Scissorhands.

I have to say, I don't think I have ever seen an original Tim Burton film, with the exception of Edward Scissorhands when I was a kid (and thus I can remember little of it), and most of The Nightmare Before Christmas (which he wrote and produced, but didn't direct). I've seen his two Batman films, Mars Attacks! (which I saw recently for the first time in years, and found it wanting in entertainment value this time around), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and, of course, Alice in Wonderland. I consider Batman Returns to be top of the pile in that lot, and Mars Attacks to be down the bottom.

Bit of trivia for you, then. Which two actors who have appeared in Tim Burton's films have also appeared in Doctor Who and Blake's 7? Here's a clue: in Doctor Who, they both played pseudo-Chinese characters, one a toymaker, and the other a homicidal ventriloquist dummy.

I'm the moderator around here. And this thread is on upcoming Tim Burton projects, and conceivably about Burton/Bonham-Carter fandom. NOT about fantasies of having sex with Bonham-Carter, who is already as good as married to Burton. God knows what things that they have up their sleeve to combat any crazed paramours, but Burton might have an entire cave full of stuff he kept from the Batman films.

In spite of all the inappropriate comments I've made about Helena Bonham Carter on this site, I don't just see her in a sexual light only. I think she has a truly beautiful and unique personality as well. I feel like I love her, even though I don't really "know" her. She's the only woman besides my former best friend whom I've felt such a strong non-platonic passion for. When I fully explained my Helena obsession to a friend, he told me that it sounded like I genuinely loved her. Which I do.

Something tells me that if Tim Burton ever found out I fancied his would-be wife, he probably wouldn't mind. Most guys don't have a problem with women loving other women, and sometimes if a guy is dating a bi girl, he will tell her that it's OK to cheat on him as long as it's with another girl.
