The original trilogy is better for all of the obvious reasons. It was fresh, groundbreaking, and captivating. Keep in mind, the six Star Wars movies aren't about a hero's tale, or good vs. evil...it's quite simply the tale of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader and his rise and fall.
