For me. it's none other than Darth Vader.
The very first time I had seen Star Wars as a kid, I had thought Darth Vader was the coolest guy I had ever seen in any movie. Today, my infatuation with the galaxy's baddest dude remains the same, though the character development that he has undergone through out the original trilogy, as well as the prequels gave me reason to love Vader in my adult years.

Han Solo: Coolest character in cinema history imo.

OT Darth Vader: My favourite villain of all time. Only Gary Oldman's Dracula comes close.

OT Obi Wan: "These aren't the Droids you're looking for" Love this guy.

I used to like Luke when I was younger but he annoys me a little now with his constant whining.

Obi-Wan (the Alec Guinness version) for the serious stuff.

R2D2 for the less serious stuff.
