Doctor Who

Thank you! I thought I was the only one who can't stand that show.

My show for this description would have to be The Biggest Loser. Everyone says it's so freaking inspirational, but I've never found a reason to root for any of the contestants, and the whole "tough love" bit with the trainers is kind of full of crap.

I really cant stand the show Doctor Who talk about a pointless show.

There are millions who would disagree... There is a point... that point is entertainment...

The movie, "the invention of Lying" actually shows what the world would be like without this basic concept...

I cannot stand CSI. I hate it. I also can't stand that girl who does The Barefoot Contessa. Listening to her voice just bothers me.

Sex and the City would get my vote. Mainly because it was heralded as some leap for the realistic portrayal of women, and yet all they did for hundreds of hours of TV was moan about men and shopping. Reality TV and the housewives are terrible but i think everyone involved knows it's cheap junk. I think the people making sex thought it was a work of art.

I've still watched a bit of it, but I tend to agree.

FRIENDS

I think that all shows like that - they promotes people as a group - that cannot survive as individuals is stupid in my opinion.
At some point the people has to grow up, move away from home, move out of a communal setting,, establish some type of one on one relationship and get married and have kids and have families of their own.
As long as it is just a group of friends hanging out and enjoying good times, sooner or later the good times comes to an end and someone is left out.
I had a whole group of people I called my friends when I was a child.
They have all grown up, started families of their own and moved on in life.
Now when I go to visit them, I feel like a intruder and they do not go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
As a matter of fact, I have a cousin, that I had not seen in 10 years and I drove 120 miles to go visit him one day and he refused to answer the door.
As far as I am concerned - they can all eat s**t and die.
My telephone only rings when someone wants something and I have it.

Reality shows such as American Chopper, Axe Men, Ice Road Truckers etc all starts out pretty good.
Then they run out of things to do or talk about, and it all turns into a fight. The stars of those shows are paid to act like idiots and when the show is over, they are assimilated to the characters they portrayed on the show - hence it is hard to have relationships, get a job, or have a life.
Just like child actors - in the end, they wish that they never saw a television - let alone starred in a television program for a short time.

Michael J Fox
Danny Bonniduchi
David Cassady
The entire cast of Different Strokes
The Brady Bunch
All ended up messed up.....

sex and the city. it was so offensive in so many ways and it was so banal and boring. 2 and a 1/2 men also because it was offensive. most crime shows because i hate the cops especially NCIS because it has a mossad agent. criminal minds. i hate that one. its like that person is a loner, a little strange, socialially isolated probably black and poor. they must be a criminal. ugly betty. so much was wrong with it the first being that i didnt think betty was ugly but by naming the show that that is how they position her. also big brother, australian idol, soaps, most old tv shows etc. dont get me started on lebanese tv. so bad.

I find it difficult to watch any UK broadcast TV, but Hollyoaks in particular is horrible.

LOL this is so accurate, I had to laugh. But I totally agree with you.

Plus Ross/Rachel...OMG I can't even tell you where to begin to explain how messed up this couple is and it's considered one of the most popular TV couples ever? Are you kidding me? There's nothing remotely healthy or realistic of +10 years of on-again/off-again that this couple had.

The Only Way is Essex: It's so fake and contrived that it stereotypes people from Essex in itself. Those that frequent and inhabit this so-called "show" are a bunch of vain, stupid, narcissistic, shallow and arrogant muppets that make me almost ashamed to be from the UK.

I can't stand The 700 Club. Just as much as I can't stand The View.

Ultimate Muscle-It's one of the most pathetic things to ever exist. The humor, the characters, the fighting, the dialouge. And people say that Pokemon is crap. That's Oscar worthy compared to this.

Seeing-- or even hearing--- Sex in the City makes my freaking skin crawl. It should really be called First World Problems, because none of those pampered, privileged b*tches have any idea what it's really like to struggle or have problems, and ALL THEY DO IS COMPLAIN. It makes me sick to think people that fake and superficial actually exist.

I agree with this in every way.
