I hope we get Punk vs Rock vs Cena at Mania or else we'll get "Once in a lifetime....again"

Punk vs Rock (at least) would make sense, if they repeated Rock vs Cena again that would be a new ultimate low, that and "giving" Cena the WWE title again via Rock.

They'll at least need a reason why Cena isn't getting his rumble winner shot, but WWE won't keep him out unless he gets injured.

I'm glad someone started this thread. I've been avoiding reading any of it until I'd caught up with the latest shows.

I was also disappointed CM Punk lost, as he looks like he's at the top of his game both in and out of the ring. It looks to me like Rock had a deal all along to win the title at the Rumble, then pass it back to Cena at Wrestlemania to repay beating him last year.

It looks like they're heading for Daniel Bryan v Kane match at Wrestlemania?

I don't know who CM Punk is going to be up against if Undertaker isn't fit to wrestle?

Do you think Swagger will definitely be out now? I'm wondering if they'll just sweep it under the carpet.

I'm also a fan of Paige and it's the only real reason I watch NXT.

I think that Jack Swagger is looking at a punishment where he jobs week in week out now, i wasn't big on a Del Rio/Swagger feud anyway.

Team Hell No will definitely break up, the tag division is looking thin right now. Rhodes Scholars are no more (dropped the ball on them), the PTP's are temporarily on hiatus due to a Darren Young injury, the Usos are being wasted, 3MB are a joke and dear god don't let Brodus Clay and Tensai near the tag belts.

If the Undertaker does show up next week, maybe he costs Punk the match and sets up the Wrestlemania match? We can hope.....

NXT is watchable, due to the top talent on display like Kassius Ohno (Call him up ASAP), Leo Kruger (Creepy and sadistic), Adrian Neville (More UK talent!) and the über talented Paige, once she crushes that barbie doll Summer Rae, sign her up to the main roster.

The Shield are gold at the moment, hopefully creative doesn't screw it up.

Plus, am i the only one who loved Chris Jericho mocking Big E Langston on the Highlight Reel? Y2J is still excellent in the ring, i never expected him to return at the Royal Rumble.

One guy on the wrestlingforums has an idea of how Taker can return which I like. After Punk loses the match cleanly, he begins to rant and says "You can't have Wrestlemania without me!" then the gong sounds.

Punk vs Undertaker does sound like a better match. Though i have to admit i'm kinda hopping for Taker Vs Lesnar, if the rumours are true then i'm pretty confident Taker will be healthy enough to compete.

About the tag teams: i like what MUES said about the best of RAW and smackdown 2012 dvd. it's labelled "the year the tag team devision was revived" what do they do the same week that dvd is released? Break-up Rhodes scholars! (Of coarse!)

Oh something funny i noticed yesterday: I was in the Toy section at my local wal mart to see the new WWE action figures that were just released (wrestlemania series). The wrestlemania 28 Daniel Bryan figure was released marked #18 8O (coincidence to his 18sec loss to Sheamus?)

Is the Undertaker in poor health?

I tend to get most of my wrestling news from pwinsider, any other recommendations? There they seem to be presuming it'll be HHH v Lesnar.

I think he's demanding more money, but that might be hearsay.

I don't think it's the money. It seems, Taker's body can't really take in ring work anymore; probably why they gave him HHH for the past 2 years, who I think is a safe worker. My friends and I joke that Lesnar could kill Taker by accident if they have a match again, because Lesnar is rough and history shows he's sloppy, especially with the F5. I know that he has dropped A-Train/Tensai and Kurt Angle on their heads doing the F5, but I'm not sure if it was botches as Angle's could have been plan (Lesnar was selling an injured ankle) and A-Train could have sandbagged.

Remember that epic Hell in a Cell match between Lesnar and the Undertaker 11 years ago? That was a classic.

I get my wrestling news from ewrestling news: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com

Check-out this article on the planned matches for wrestlemania: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/1404 ... 29-matches

-The Rock vs John Cena (once in a lifetime...again!)
-Alberto Del Rio vs Jack Swagger is in danger
-punk Vs Undertaker
-Lesnar vs Triple H

However Swagger's arrest has put the plans in danger, rumour has it Ryback vs Jericho has been planned and possibly Sheamus vs Mark Henry?

I heard they considered Ryback vs Big Show/Mark Henry and that they wanted Ryback to have a Goldberg moment by Shellshocking Big Show.

I remember Lesnar vs Taker, HIAC; still mad about the outcome.

Ryback vs any giant wrestler would seem unimpressive and eclipsed by all the other matches.

Aside from the prospect of seeing Undertaker again, i have a feeling this is not going to be a very memorable Wrestlemania. Not awful, just not memorable.

I remember Wrestlemania II as being the worst in my opinion. While the cage match between Hulk Hogan and King Kong Bundy was pretty spectacular, little else was. The other matches were way too short, and there were too many D list celebrities.
