A friend told me about it in the 90's. And I started to listen to when I have been able at the wee mourning hours. Was quite entertaining. But yes- has to be taken with a pillar of salt! Havent listened much during the current post Art Bell era though. The website is quite entertaining as well.

what do you think of "UFO Phil"?

Way back in the late 90s a guy from Ft. Smith called Art to tell him about a ghost he'd caught in a ghost busters style trap made of bug zappers...

Art was so taken by the story that he invited the caller for a full blown interview on the next show. The guy said the ghost's name was Emmit, I think, and that his wife had summoned the ghost with a Ouija board... Anyway, it was a good story and an interesting interview. I think they still replay it from time to time (I know they do on TuneIn).

Anyway, I used to work with the guy who called in, and I hate to say it, but the whole thing was pure BS. BUT it was entertaining.

Not coast to coast, but I listen to red ice, which is a similar show. Starting to grow tired of it though.

I find it tiresome a lot of times because it's very one-sided. It's always anti-left, anti-multiculturalism, anti-zionism, anti-establishment etc. Unless it's some mumbo jumbo. But, there are some episodes that are quite interesting. I feel like I have grown out of that whole movement to a certain degree after having spent about a year and a half with almost only that kind of thing. Maybe I have attained a certain degree of enlightenment that makes me see through a lot of it, which might in part be due to having spent time with it. If so, then I don't know if that's by design, since they constantly talk about their supposed opposition, or if it's a natural consequence of how the mind works, as in being enlightened through dialectic, or what.

I listen to it on a semi-regular basis. If the topic is interesting i am more apt to listen to it but if the topic is too way out there and tend to shut it off.

No, I don't have any really. I'm looking for something new myself. They sometimes have people on red ice that have their own shows. Like they had Jan Irvin on, his website is here:

http://www.gnosticmedia.com/category/gnosticpodcast/

They had Freeman on:

http://freemantv.com/

A few days ago I listened a bit to this guy who they also had on:

http://21stcenturywire.com/category/sunday-wire-radio-show/

A long time ago, or about a year perhaps, I found this show. Looks very similar to coast to coast and red ice. I think I only listened to one episode:

Here's a collection of mp3 lectures:

I love Coast To Coast Am. I don't mind the political topics, as I am interested in conspiracy and current events, but at times it gets to be excessive. I like a good balance in the subject matter. I used to like Jeff Rense a lot too but his show seems almost all politics now.

I also really like Darkness Radio, Ground Zero, Binnall of America, the shows on Inception Radio (Epic Voyages is the best). Open Minds and Paranet Continuum are good classics you can find around the internet.
