"Mamma Mia, that's a spicy meatball" (in an Italian accent) -- circa 1969

"Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti Day"--where this kid named Anthony, who lives in Boston, runs home to eat that delicious spaghetti and home-made tomato sauce--mid 1970s

"We're having Beef-a-Roni!"--Used to like the commercial, never liked the product, though -- 1960s-1970s

"He likes it...Hey Mikey!"--Life cereal commercial--1970s

Those K-Tel commercials from the 1970s were really funny.

I learned to like Doo-Wopp, though, from a K-Tel commercial! Then I saw "American Graffiti"--I was hooked!

not a 'line', per se, but i remember seeing a commercial where a character walked up to the screen, and braking the fourth wall, knocked on the screen.

it sounded like a glass screen. back when analog tv's were king.
