I don't think they will but casting autistic voice actors makes the vocal performances for the autistic characters more authentic. Or at least I think they would.

Oh okay. Will you credit everyone as being autistic?

I’m very interested. I’ve done a lot of theatre, so I’m a pretty good actor.

Glad to hear it. Though, you don't mind it not being paid work, do you?

I'm going to try to get auditions recorded tonight. I don't need to head to bed as early tonight.

If this were paid work I'd definitely be interested in at least knowing more. As is, I'm running my own publishing imprint & trying to survive five college classes.

No, not a problem. I find acting enjoyable; the opportunity to do it is rewarding enough.

While it is true that anything worth doing is worth doing well, it is also true that anything worth doing well is worth getting paid well to do.

If the voice actors are not getting paid, then who is getting paid for their services?

In the defense of OP, it might be a true amateur effort where people are just getting together to do something. In that case it's OK if everyone wants to join in, but in my case I just was mentioning I'd join if I could get some income from it (and I'm sure most people would feel the same way if they are rather busy & don't have loads of free time.)
