I restricted it to movies... hence the Adam West one is the movie, not the TV Series.

The 1940s serials were just TV weren't they? or were they newsreels/movies?

...They were shown in/made for movie theaters , there was , essentially , no TV broadcasting then AT ALL .
IMDB should answer , their titles - I think - were " THE Batman " ( emphasis mine ) and " Batman And Robin " .

What about "The Death of Batman."

Purported to be one of the worst Batman films ever . . . but still. I haven't seen it. I'm having trouble laying my hands on it. I think everyone burned their copies. lol

Wow Quatermass, didn't recognise you.... I was gonna say you regenerate more frequently than Dr Who, but actually it's more frequently than that... it's as often as they change the "batman" actor.
