The original: The first Rocky film is the perfect underdog story and it ends well with the draw. It would have been too predictable with him either winning or getting swept.
That, and how great the film was itself as an underdog - an underfunded budget coupled with members of Stallone's own family playing bit parts to avoid high casting costs.
