I saw it in Boston twice in 2008. Just the national touring cast. Would have loved to have seen the orginal cast.

one of my favorites is the restaurant sketch.

in addition to monty python, i like most of terry gilliam's movies and can watch a fish called wanda at any time of the day.

Yes! But I liked the cartoons best! Especially the big hedgehog looking for "Dinsdale".
I like "all" the shows from the U.K. Would you happen to like Red Dwarf by any chance? I like the most recent ones the best of all.

I used to have a 2 volume set called 'Monty Python: the Words'.

Strangely enough, 'the Philosopher's song' isn't in it...

And Socrates himself will be particularly missed...

I really adore them. I got into "Monty Python's Flying Circus" when I was really little thanks to my dad. I've also seen all the films as well.

I didn't really like the last season of "Flying Circus" as much as the other three (mostly because John Cleese left and they went from doing standalone sketches to episode length stories), but the "Mr. Neutron" episode is really, really funny.

I got the almost everything ever DVDs for Christmas but haven't had a chance to watch them yet though I have seen a fair amount of it before (especially all the films) but I haven't seen most of the series.

I'm yet another Monty Python fan. Think I might start ordering some Flying Circus DVDs. They were unavailable in the UK for a while.

I remember seeing "And Now For Something Completely Different" when I was about 7 though, and I thought it was the weirdest thing I'd ever seen. I felt so sorry for Arthur Pewtey!
