Generally speaking, I don't go to see dramas. I like comedy, adventure, fantasy/sci-fi, some mystery movies. My husband will drag me to a suspense drama every few years and about half the time I like them. But most often I just don't get them. My life has a lot of humor in it and a bit of adventure. I guess I like to see that in movies, too.

TV is different. Except for Big Bang and NUMB3RS, I watch the Discovery Channels (APL and Science), History, and National Geographic almost exclusively. And Versus when they carry cycling.

I cannot stand soap operas. However I have a lot of time for shows like The West Wing, The Sopranos, The Wire, Six Feet under etc. I have time for some sci-fi, too.

It was the basic song and her voice that struck me, though. I know it diverges from the rest of the aria for the fight scene, but I just liked her voice to begin with. I think the trouble I found looking it up was that there were no available recordings of her singing it in its original form. I did find some good youtube videos of performances by other sopranos though.

I believe there are two versions, one done by a soprano I wasn't familiar with...and another version performed by Sarah Brightman.

I don't watch dramas and very rarely watch comedies. The dramas simply aren't entertaining to me. Comedies are rarely funny, although there are some exceptions.
