Whatever but Nolans films are overrated. Batman Begins was not all that great.

It took more money than Schumacher's attempts, keep trying.

Your not gonna like this but I hear rumours that Jim Carrey might reprise his role as the riddler in batman 3.

2 words: Utter baloney. Most of the rumours are complete rubbish anyway.

1. Rumor is completely ridiculous and I haven't heard this one at all and I am constantly searching for news on Batman 3
2. Jim Carrey btw was a terrible Riddler
3. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is almost guaranteed the role as Nolan says he is his pick.

Your just saying he's terrible because you hate any batman that is not nolans and resent any type of humour in the franchise. It was carreys performance that made batman forever a worthwile film in some ways.

BTW I actually thought Batman Begins was a good film but TDK was just UH  Painful to watch.

Jamesy, for the umpteenth time, STOP REPEATING YOURSELF! :x :x :x I swear you have some sort of schizophrenic disorder that is gives aspies like me and everyone else on here a bad name.

I have already said that i like BOTH Tim Burton's vision and Christopher Nolan's take on Batman, just for the record. And if TDK is painful to watch, how come it was nominated for 8 academy awards and is the seventh highest-grossing film worldwide? Simple really, people like me and many others enjoyed it.

Jim Carrey is more suited to comedy roles, not one of Batman's villians.

Who cares if the plot if is complicated? Your just whining that it's not got a machine that manipulates brainwaves or a giant freeze cannon to freeze Gotham. That sort of stuff belongs on Saturday morning cartoons.

And, call this uncanny or spooky, but i think that Joseph Gordon-Levitt looks strangely like Heath Ledger. Or it might just be me.....

Well if the plot is complicated you can easily get sidetracked when watching the movie.

I love how you begin your posts with "well", another predictable example much? Most plots are complicated because they're supposed to make you think.

Nothing wrong with complicated plots, The Long Halloween graphic novel has loads of twists and turns. It would make for an excellent adaptation on the big screen. The recent Arkham Asylum game on the PS3/X Box has a plot that although weak, makes up for an entertaining game.

i liked AA's plot. as for you jamesy, we batman fans don't care what you, a non-batman fan, wants batman to be like. it would be like me saying what i think james bond should be like.
