Netflix
Madame Web (2024)
"Her web connects them all"

Law Abiding Citizen (2009)
"The System Must Pay"

I enjoyed both, and as it turned out, I've already seen both.
I believe I watched both in the theater when they were released.

Moon of the Wolf

1972 TV movie. It is about a werewolf so I know I watched it when I was twelve or thirteen. I don't remember it though.
It has a slew of actors that were well known back then. David Jansen, Bradford Dillman, Barbara Rush, Royal Dano.
Bradford Dillman always reminds me of Ted Bundy, or rather the other way around.
Royal Dano is an actor I hope I can remember his name, because I've seen him in so many films and on television and never bothered to learn his name. It's possible you have seen him. He does not look like a Royal.
Barbara Rush is has also been loads of films and appearances of television.
All of that aside...

Ian Potter and Matthew J. Elliott are the riffers, and they are very good. I'm sure it is partially their British accents.
The title appears on the screen, MOON OF THE WOLF. One of them immediately says, "I want to see proof of ownership." It is a comment that fits their style. "Mmm. Being on fire seems to disagree with him."

The werewolf looks a bit like William Atherton (Ghostbusters, Die Hard) with a beard.

William Atherton - Walter Peck? or Werewolf?

I watched that as a wee little lad, and couldn't sleep for several nights after. Then as an adult, first time I rewatched it I awoke from a nightmare! Not that it was so scary, but rather because there was something of that little boy left somewhere inside me, I suppose. I now own it on DVD.

Last night we watched:

Idiocracy [2006]
<=>"In the future, intelligence is extinct."

 E X C E L L E N T — R E C O M M E N D E D

Ahead of its time...but, unfortunately, we're catching up with it!

Seems like it would fit into a string of movies I've been flagging.

I watched The White Crow. It’s about the Soviet ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev. I liked it. Perhaps my favorite thing about the movie is the music.

Weapons.

Told through the eyes of various characters, children belonging to a single single school classroom all leave home early in the morning and disappear - - save for one. From there, the paranoia and blaming grows.
Pretty decent horror flick.

Both peak-tier humor. I actually laughed audibly, which is rare for me because almost nothing makes me laugh anymore.

Actually, I've already seen MP&THG dozens of times in the past, so it was nothing new. Never saw The Addams Family before though.
