I've never watched House, but i think Hugh Laurie would be an interesting choice. After all, a few fanboys have said he'd be a good Riddler. If he can erase Jim Carrey's caffeine-driven performance, then im all for him getting the part.

As for the Riddler's personality, he shouldn't be some disgruntled Wayne Enterprises employee who creates a device that steals brainwaves and makes him smarter. He should be an attention-seeking, obsessive-compulsive nutcase who tortures his victim's mind with riddles, or leaves clues at various crime-scenes. Something like his AA character on the paitent interview tapes.

Er...Ledger was the Joker, and its not cool to insult him now he's passed away.

I am not trying to be offensive to Leger since he was the best thing about TDK. Heath Ledger as the joker would be able to blend in perfectly in batman forever esspecially if he worked as a team with tommy lee jones and jim carrey.

All I am trying to say is that potentially Laurie could be a better actor and be a better villian than ledger.

Chances are he'd carve a nice pair of smiles on TLJ and Carrey's faces, then make the kiddies cry and torture Chase Meridian, then give Robin the disappearing pencil trick, and deliver the "Why So Serious" quote before finishing off Val Kilmer.

A knife-wielding, sinister, wolf-eyed Mr J would be more than out of place in Forever, he'd kill half the cast! Laurie is just as good an actor as Ledger.

How do you think Lauire would act in Batman 3.

The joker in the Dark Knight actually reminded me of Tommy Lee Jones Two Face in Batman Forever.

Have you been smoking some really cheap crack, or are you just incredibly stupid? Ledger's Joker is LIGHT YEARS away from Tommy Lee Jones's Two-Face, all TLJ does is laugh every 5 minutes while Ledger steals every scene.

Laurie would make an interesting Riddler. Depends on what happens in 2012.

Much rather Laurie than Joseph Gordan Levitt. Joseph just seems like another Heath Ledger clone.

I would also love Robin Williams to play the riddler not so keen on eddie murphy or depp. No doubt Depp would be dull as hell.

Robin Williams was actually considered for Batman Forever, but he rejected it. He wouldn't be a bad Riddler. Depp is a good actor, but i can imagine all the fangirls flocking to watch it, something i don't want!

If Eddie Murphy so much as stars in a Batman movie, i'll rip his liver out through his ear. Thank god for those rumours not being true.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is a good actor, so imagine a three-way duel between him, DiCaprio and Tom Hardy to be the Riddler

Dicaprio does not seem right fo the role he normally plays the prettey boy good guy never usually the villian.

I just could not imagine dicaprio being a great riddler. Joseph I hope does not get the role because that would be predictable and almost as boring as Nolans films.

In opinion, here is who would be good for Riddler.

1.} Greg Kinnear

2.} Hugh Laurie

3.} Sam Rockwell

I think recasting Joker would be an insult to Heath Ledger.

DiCaprio would not make a very good Joker, his voice is a little bit on the high-pitched side.

Don't judge JGL's acting credential's just yet, it might not be him as a Riddler yet, so take all the rumours with a pinch of salt. After all, he was good in Inception.
