Transformers 2 was a crushing disappointment - stick with the 86 original and the 07 version, at least the latter was entertaining and balanced out the humour and action.

Provided TF 3 doesn't flop, can anyone say "reboot" in the future? Reboot as in the TRADITIONAL WAY?

Epic Movie is the worst film ever, and not funny in the slightest. I think I may have chuckled once or twice in the whole damn film, and cringed for the rest. Should have been called Epic Fail

I forget the name but the Bride of Frankenstein movie with Sting and Jennifer Beale was pretty cringe worthy.

Borat is probably the worst film I've ever seen.
But the biggest disappointment for me was probably Star Wars I: The Phantom Menace.

Master of Disguise
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind
Dracula Dead and Loving it.

I'm sure there are more. About Confessions of a Dangerous Mind dad wanted to see it and mom and I went but I fell asleep. I don't like Julia Roberts at all!

Pervert! (It's so bad it's hilarious. I recommend it, as long as you're over 18.)
Bloodrayne
Van Helsing
Date Movie
Meet the Spartans
Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium (sort of a ripoff of Willy Wonka)

Update: just saw Once Upon A Time In America a few days ago, and I'd put that up there with the most disappointing films I've ever seen (considering I really like Leone's spaghetti westerns).
