That turned out to be a sumulation. And she actually survived and killed him, within the simulation. He did rule the world for a few simulator hours, though.

I would have to say "Greased up deaf guy".

Second would be the old man pervert.

Read the title wrong, those are my favorites. My least favorite would have to be well drawing a blank here, probably the Goldmans or Chris.

I also think that the Goldmans are my least favorite characters, and so is Loretta (Cleveland's ex-wife who was a b***h that cheated on him).
But to be honest before I saw this topic I had thought that I liked all the Family Guy characters, especially Stewie, Brian, Herbert (the "old man pervert"), and Mayor Adam West.
