Classic Sesame Street ALL THE WAY, MAN!! 
Seriously, I can't think of any other "preschool" shows that compare to that one. Or that I still watch from time to time.
BTW, I can't stand any of the episodes of it that were made AFTER about '92 or so - both the segments and the Muppets they used became lamer at that point.
