And this one character in Cloak and Dagger. I don't remember his name but the way the boss described about him sounded real aspie when the little boy went to get a game from him to rescue his friend from the bad guys.

I love that movie! Are you referring to the little boy's (Davey's) adult aged friend Morris, the bearded, chubby, bespectacled guy who works in the computer store that gets killed by the bad guys? When you say "the way the boss described about him," I'm not sure if you mean him or one of the bad guys. Jack Flack to Lady Ace, come in Lady Ace! 8)

Five more that haven't been mentioned along with a few degrees of separation between a few of the films:

1). Lucas from the film "Lucas" (played by Corey Haim). An 80's classic also starring Kerri Green and Charlie Sheen, and a little bit of trivia, this was Winona Ryder's first film role. Actually, it was also Jeremy Piven's first movie as well. Currently on imdb it is up 96% in popularity this week, likely because it has been on AMC lately. So let's everyone go visit the page now so we can bump this up to 100% haha.
2). Kirk from the TV show "Gilmore Girls" (played by Sean Gunn, who can also be seen in the
KGB-Knowledge Generation Bureau-commercials.... "Text your question to 542542").
There is even an episode where he is preparing for a date by filming himself sitting alone in
a diner ahead of time so that he can go back and study his facial expressions and the
appropriate angles that he should be seated.... I'm sure regular viewers of this show would
agree that he probably has asperger's although it is never specifically mentioned that he
does.
3). In the film "Sydney White" starring Amanda Bynes and Sara Paxton (which is sort of a modern day version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs), Sydney (Bynes) is taken in by 7 outcasts in "The Vortex." I would say that at least 3 of the 7 of them have asperger's, especially Jeremy who does not directly communicate with others (he communicates by talking with a sock puppet on his hand and won't make eye contact). Also, Terrence who shows up rich at the end of the film because he cashed in on his invention (and this same actor, Jeremy Howard, can also be seen blowing things up with his mind in the film "Accepted" starting Justin Long and Blake Lively...more useless movie connections, Lively co-starred with Alexis Bledel in "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" and Bledel co-starred with Sean Gunn in "Gilmore Girls"! :D ) and George also is likely to have asperger's.
4). Eric from "The Boy Who Could Fly" is likely autistic, but I wouldn't say he has asperger's.
5). Another 80's movie, "The Wizard" starring Fred Savage, Jenny Lewis and Christian Slater, features a 5 year old kid named Jimmy played by Luke Edwards (who later went on to play the kid who manages the Minnesota Twins in the 90's film "Little Big League," which coincidentally co-stars Scott Patterson who later played Luke Danes in "Gilmore Girls" who is the character that owns the diner that Kirk(Sean Gunn) films himself in--my my we've come full circle here!!). In the film, the young boy is basically mute (perhaps it's more so selective mutism rather than an autism spectrum disorder) but he is a pro at playing video games, and his older brother (Fred Savage, who was also in "The Boy Who Could Fly"!) runs away with him and he enters his brother in a video game contest. And in the end, he wins at Super Mario Brothers 3 on Nintendo!!). Sorry to give away the ending haha, but still a fun movie for kids (I saw this in the theater when I was 5 and loved it :D )

I think that Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist has AS. He is extremely interested in alchemy (even aside from trying to restore his and Alphonse's bodies), is very idealistic, says things in a very straightforward and sometime callous seeming manner, and often misinterprets things that other people say.
The problem with thinking that Ed has AS is that he has very good athletic skill, a trait that does not usually occur in people with AS.

I think I might throw a few in there. From the show Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (Goodbye Mr Despair): Chiri, an extremist in OCD, often not understanding how others do not try to properly catergorise, make neat etc. Nozomu has a natureal tendency to obsess about a certain topic at a time and is noted to not make eye contact. Abiru is usualy no nonsense, little emotion and keeps quite, though she has a strong obsession of animal tails. Kiri is not really social and spends almost all of her time hiding herself indoors away from others. Matoi obbsesses over a particular person and proceeds to learn everything about them and model herself after them. Harumi is probably just a fangirl, but she has a large interest yaoi and though athletic spends most of her time on her interest. Meru is so shy that she can not speak, instead talking through writing on her phone. Kaere's split personality was created from being bullied by being different and was made from her interest in another country. Ai is quiee shy, insecure and constantly in panic thinking she is negativly effecting others, and is unable to read others expresions that she not. Kanako is a quite naive, and doesn't relise the reprecusions of other's actions. Jun has a large interest in story books and is able to recite many that he has read.

Hexidecimal - ReBoot

as well there's a perp from an episode of SVU but I've forgotten the character's name whom within the episode it was mentioned he had extreme difficulty with adjsutment to sudden changes in his routine and the character himself said he always got the same dinner at the restaurant but he never ate the beans or peas or some green, cooked, veg I believe.

Cal? Really? You'd pick him over Gimpy or Nitz?

Well yeah gimpy isn't aspie he's agoraphobic and Nitz... well maybe based on his fixation on kimmy berton but really no...

Gimpy isn't agoraphobic, I don't think. He just focuses on his special interests which all take place in his room. Computers and Star Wars, that's about it. Nitz doesn't have social skills, he doesn't make a lot of small talk, doesn't realize Jesse is flirting with him, likes to follow routines, etc.

I think Freakazoid is definitely an aspie. Just LOOK at his habits! For example, instead of using his FreakaBolt (that's Sonic Boost in Freakazoid terms), he prefers to fake flying!

Drakken_Shego of TV.com posted these pictures on a forum of him doing so.

i dunno if this has already been said, but i think Parker from Leverage is a great example of Asperger Syndrome. She only really thinks about stealing and in the first episode she said that she's only really good at one thing (stealing stuff lol). She also has bad social skills and...well she's just awesome lol

I think I have encountered another. Nadeko Sengoku from the anime Bakemonogatari, possibly fits it, she is realy shy and always looks down, she dresses in a strange manner, always wearing a jacket without putting her arms through so it is like a cape. She may have other traits but I am not sure.

Also I think Nagisa Furukawa, from Clannad, she finds it very hard to make friends, is very shy, is socialy awkward and most importantly of all is obbsesed with a bunch of character called "Dango Daikazoku" even deciding to sing the theme song at strange times. Also from Clannad is probably Kotomi Ichinose, she has a very non expresive voice, spends a lot of time reading, and thus going into her own little world. Infact she also has a lot of trouble making friends and others try to coach her to make friends, and her response to most confrontations was that the other was a bully, and attempts at her making a joke were either very poor, or something that was only funny to her. And I am not even going to get started on the Incredibly odd, starfish obsessed Fuuko Ibuki, from Clannad, who can apparently smell cute things and is notorious for blanking out.

L Lawliet, the awesome, geeky, mysterious detective from Death Note!

He has poor social skills, above average intelligence, bad posture, obsessions (with sweets xD), having to sit in a certain way so he can concentrate and loads of other aspie-like things.

Of course, that's what makes him so fantastic! :D

L a.k.a. L Lawliet a.k.a. Ryuzaki, has to be one of the most added character in here, a lot of people agree that he has to be an aspie.

Good ones. I never would've thought of them.
