This line was said by John Wayne as a Roman Centurion. It was a cameo appearance. It was made in two takes. The director told Wayne he did not like the delivery of the line and it should be done with more awe.

On the second take Wayne said: Aaawwwwwww. Truly this man was the Son of God. This take was a keeper.
