I'll keep my tongue in check if as long as he keeps his "sense of humor" as he calls it, in check.

How could it have slipped my mind - "The Day After Tomorrow" was by far the worst film of 2004 (at least until I remember another one anyway), easily outstripping even "Thunderbirds" in the chronicly awful stakes.

While I'm here Rakkety_Tamm, honey - I would have thought you of all people would understand what a 'sense of humour' was after the President you all just re-elected:

"The French have no word for 'entrepreneur'"

"There is one word that sums up what it takes to be governor, and that word is 'attention to detail'"

"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country"

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we"

The man is just a complete comic genius, and the rest of the world owes you all a great debt of thanks for sharing him with all of us - more than ample exchange for Monty Python...... Thanks again! :)

I voted for President Bush because he is the best President this country has ever had. Yes I support the War in Iraq, and for your information, my brother is in Iraq, he reinlisted volunteraly for the fourth time. After I graduate from Highschool, I will inlist in the Army. I don't know what the crap the forgein media and that compleat idiot Micheal Moore have told you about our president, and to tell the truth, I don't give a d***. Not only did I vote for him, I worked for his Re-election campain, President George W. Bush is my hero and it really ticks me off when some forgeiner who knows nothing about what the President has REALLY done to make this world a safer place for those who insult him and never give the USA the proper credit for what we have done.

ENOUGH. I am locking this thread before Rakkety_Tamm says anything he may later regret.

Behave yourselves you two, or I'm make you sit in separate corners... :P

[edit: thread now unlocked. RT, please stop jumping up and down. SH, stop provoking him. Or you're both in detention... :shameonyou:]

I really liked Garden State. However, the more I watch Harry Potta, the more I like the movie.

I wish I could say there was one that blew me away.

I liked 50 First Dates, which I didn't expect to, but I also watched it when I was in labor. I thought the movie was particularly sweet. Plus, you can't beat looking at scenes of Hawaii.

My stomach hurt from laughing during Napoleon Dynamite. He seems like an Aspie to me.

Tallgirl.
