Yes, the cop said, 'Aspergers?', to Watson, when they were discussing Sherlock. I wonder if they'll bring it up again. Maybe that psychiatrist lady will return and diagnose him.

Actually it's Watson saying it to Lestrade, who apparently forgot the term or doesn't know.
It seems to me like the authors decided to "change the diagnosis" from one series to the other. I find Sherlock's characterization much more intriguing in the second season.
Anyway, I guess any psychiatrists or the like would risk being harpooned
