Steven Spielburg named the shark in "Jaws" after his lawyer (cuz he felt his lawyer was a shark).

Julia Roberts told Oprah, years ago, that it was not her body in the opening scene of "Pretty Woman" (Remember when it shows her in bed in bikini underwear and a top, and she turns-over?).
