British. Doctor Who is a British programme so we will get to see it first.

I've always liked Doctor Who since I saw the first episode of the new generation. David Tennant is probably the best doctor.

"So magic then, a bit like Harry Potter?"

"Wait until you read book 7!"

Ugh, I thought when you said 'new series', you were talking about Voyage of the Damned as well as the fourth series. We get them all at once.

I want to see what major foe they have revived for this new series. I mean, besides the Sontarans. They've done the Daleks, the Cybermen, and the Master. I think the rumours about it being Davros this time around is BS. I reckon they're probably gonna go with one of the bigger villains, like the Valeyard, Fenric, or the Celestial Toymaker.

sontararans isn't it?

BTW: I find that the DVD releases usually give a good clue...

remember all the cybermen releases just before season 2
and the master returns box set ?

now they're releasing the invasion of time...
and we've had the davros box set.

I don't think Davros is BS this time.

The Doctor: You two! We're at the end of the Universe. Right at the edge of knowledge itself. And you're busy blogging!

They actually revived two villains in series 3 of the new Doctor Who. In Episode 3 Season 3, the monster in the fog appeared in the old Doctor Who.

Anyway, from series 2:

"Expelliarmus"

Oh, you mean the Macra? I meant a big villain, as I said. They revived the Daleks in series 1, the Cybermen in series 2, and the Master in series 3.

The Macra were one of the biggest villains ever... I think they used a truck to drive that monster onto the stage when required.

..oh... you don't mean in terms of size?

One of my all-time favourite moments was in the Troughton story "The Mind Robber", where, in Episode 4, Zoe takes on and successfully defeats The Karkus in a judo match. I'll tell you right now, the smile on her face when she got Karkus to cry out "I SUBMIT!"....was pure gold. ^_^

Shortly after that moment was one of the baddest puns ever in the history of the classic series, behind only the 'complete metal breakdown' pun from 'Tomb of the Cybermen.' Zoe explains who The Karkus is to the Doctor; a comic strip creation from the year 2000.

ZOE: You've been to the year 2000, haven't you?

DOCTOR: Yes, but I've hardly had time to follow the strip cartoons.

ZOE: Well, you'd better start following this one; he's halfway up the mountain!

*rimshot* :P

I never noticed that pun.

No, no, no, no, no, no!

It's "the Beast and his armies shall rise from the Pit to make war against God."

If you can, get it right. That way, you won't piss me off. Two great resources:

http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Doctor_Who

http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/classic/episodeguide/ (From here, choose the story, then choose 'In Detail'. They usually have the best (and worst) quotes.

Is this some sort of song, or Java-based game?
