i like elliot goblet, but there is nothing on youtube that is any good that portrays his style of humor much.
i am not sure why. i have seen him on TV and he is so funny, but the garbage on youtube makes him look not very good.

yes. he means flip flop.
ruins the whole thing hey?

australians call "flip flops" "thongs", and we save a syllable of energy.
but i guess we spend many syllables of energy translating it to those who do not understand, so whatever.

it is funny to me and not to you,
so i say say "hehehe"
and you say "boo hoo hoo".

i am sorry i got cranky last night. i just reread this and i see you were not mocking the term "thong" but asking a simple question.

i should not post when i am having a tantrum. my game got corrupted and i threw me off the rails all night. also i saw the smiley and misinterpreted it's expression as "derrr.."

 no problem. I only saw it now anyway, and didn't realize it was written my a tantrum-thrower
No but seriously, I didn't realize you were in a mood when writing. It only showed a little at the last three lines for me, so no hard feelings! :D

I'd also like to add that I like Marcus Brigstocke a lot, he's the best on Argumental without a doubt.

Here's a video of him on Argumental with Frankie Boyle:

I'm going to go with Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Lewis Black, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher, and Denis Leary, in that order. I've seen Lewis Black live (even got to shake his hand and get his autograph at a meet-and-greet book signing after the show), and in person he makes even more of an impression than he does on TV.

More kudos to Brian Regan. He's hilarious and he can find humor in pretty much anything. His style can be cheesy but he doesn't overdo it like Dane Cook. His baseball bit is amazing.

I'm going to see Simon Amstell tonight. I expect it will be a little different from my usual comedy night out as, in this tour, I think he speaks about his social skills (or, more precisely, his lack of them).
