I did not get to finish it. But I like what I saw.

And to think, the movie's co-star, Darryl Hannah, is an Aspie, too!

yes she is.

Brüno (2009)

A bit disappointing really. The character is less amusing than Baron Cohen's earlier 'Ali G' and 'Borat' characters. Virtually all the scenes looked either staged or scripted to me. The 'Ron Paul' interview was a pitiful waste of an opportunity. The 'Middle East' stuff was the most amusing, I thought.

"The Witches"

Good movie and I identify myself with some characters on it.

lovely movie by Wes Anderson, I enjoyed it a lot. I liked Moonrise Kingdom a lot as well.

Ant-Man

Very fun, humorous movie by MARVEL Studios, likely will be their funniest for now. Paul Rudd plays con-man
Scott Lang who wants to change his ways, but gets involuntarily recruited into being the Ant-Man by original Ant-Man Hank Pym, as played by Michael Douglas.

Don't Blink (2014)

One of my all time favorite Dr. Who episode is called Blink. There is a species that when observed, appear to be a stone angel. The moment you look away, faster then you can imagine, you are transferred out of your time into a past time. The angels (aka the weeping angels) feed off the energy. I really love this episode, and it features Carrie Mulligan before she became a big star.

Don't Blink is not the Dr. Who episode, but people do inexplicable vanish when not being observed. The first time I watched this streaming movie on Netflix, I only made it through something like 5 minutes. I could not bear to watch it. I just wasn't in the mood, and had I rated it, I would have given it 2 stars. But I gave it another chance and enjoyed it, despite being inspired by the Dr. Who episode, but not being as good in terms of mystery, and I gave it 4 stars. State of mind and emotional state matter so much. I'm not sure it deserved 4 stars.

One surprise was I noticed one of the actors, she had these big "doe eyes" and I thought "is that Myka from
Warehouse 13?" Indeed it was Joanne Kelly.
