Mightymorphin Power Rangers was my favorite one when I was a kid. I didn't like the other ones though.

I enjoyed it for a while, 5-9 weren't as good and 10 onwards I stopped watching it. Too old.

You know what's even worse? When you're 13 and suddenly you're too old for cartoons and too young for prime-time programing. I had this experience once during that time. But eventually I ended up watching prime time programing. My parents did not care at the time. Besides there's no PBS programs for 13-17 year olds.

You know what's even more worse currently there's only stupid "local" news, talk shows, court shows, and celebrity "news" for children these days if they don't have cable. Because only PBS shows cartoons on weekdays nowadays.

I suppose it's part of life. You watch programmes that you really enjoy. Then you grow up and think their stupid. That's certainally my case. I watch adult programmes nowadays though so I won't be able to grow out of them for a while.

That's one reason I don't want to grow up. :pale: There are some cartoon things that I know I will NEVER grow out of. :)

Disney changed all their lineups to attract preteens. Nickelodeon's target demographic dropped by a few years, and Cartoon Network also dropped their target demographic by a few years.

The shows on these networks today, I simply just don't like. It seems they're getting more and more stupid and pointless.

Looks like your caught between a rock and a hard place. The best shows around at the moment aren't exactly kids shows. Heroes, Torchwood, Doctor Who, Mock the Week, more...

Favorite Shows:

Batman, Batman Beyond, Superman, Justice League, Exo-Squad (Talk about adult stuff! People died on that show!) the Pirates of Dark Water, Conan the Adventure, Animaniacs, Gargoyles (The best thing that's come out of Disney in years) Pink and the Brain, Tail Spin... I think I'll stop now.

But I can't watch today's cartoons, they just flash around and jabber. I can't make any sense of them.

It's not a kids show as such but I watched it as a kid. Gladiators. They're bringing it back for the twenty first century and getting the same referee back.

why are you even watching that crap in the first place, if i ever had a kid i would never let him watch such filth, i would ground for even thinking of watching anything less that rated r movies, even then, i might just be a little disappointed, kids need to watch pornos, the earlier they get experience the better they will be in bed when they get older
