Just saw Alice in Wonderland today. It was pretty cool. The plot was rather simple, but there's lots of eye candy.

finally! i watched a movie last night. my movie watching lately has consisted of blockbuster movies that i see on the weekend. i don't rent these movies so it's normally mainstream stuff.

The Singing Detective-most intriguing and filled the robert downey jr. void that i was feeling.

I thought it was a really good film. I saw a little bit of myself in Linda at times.

This weekend I saw. The terrible (bad) "Book of Eli" and the great "Waltz with Bashir" that is an animation (beautiful drawings) about an Israeli soldier remembering his participation in the First Lebanon War. Great movie!

2012 - Good effects, Thandi Newton looking amazingly good.
Law Abiding Citizen - really cool idea, liked it a lot.
Alice In Wonderland (3D) - Good watch, though I'm still up in the air on the quality of the story line (was it face value or meant to have some kind of deeper Jungian meaning - they hinted toward the later).

Public Enemies

Really good movie, IMO. Though I do wonder about the historical accuracy of it.
