Fine then I don't appreicate the serious aspect of batman. I guess I just like the comedy and camp aspect of batman.

Is it that hard to comprehend that possibly the serious side of batman is just dull? Nolan has done a great job of that making it all serious with no humour or charm.

batman is supposed to be serious. the camp aspect can't be tolerated. once again, you do not know what you are talking about. stop. you just sound stupid

Yeah but the topic of batman esspcially when it goes all serious is just not that exciting. I'd go as far as saying it comes across as just a load of rubbish.

Superhearo movies are not designed to be that serious, there meant to excite you and thrill you with special effects.

Not all superheros are the same. Some, like the Fantastic 4, are meant to be campy, exciting adventure stories. Others, like Batman, are meant to be dark thrillers.

I do get it but can't we at least get another director to tackle the serious side of batman other than Nolan?

As I said we all have different tastes and I am sure lots of fans love the serious side of batman. People like me prefer other aspects of batman. Thats just how it goes.

Your the ones who do not get it and are being all arrogent because I am not saying my opinion is right or anything I am just simply stating my kind of tastes in batman. Come on get real not all people are going to like Nolans interpritation of batman.

you don't get it, batman isn't meant to be funny at all. how do you find an 8 year old child whose parents get murdered and gets revenge by beating up criminals funny? the 60's series was pretty stupid, but good. batman forever was bad. batman & robin was an abomination to bat fans everywhere. you wouldn't understand because you are not a batman fan by any means.

you are probably the only person on this site who loves that cinematic abortion known as batman & robin

i really wouldn't talk about arrogance if i were you, mr. i hate james nesbitt, but that's a different thread. since you didn't read the comics, you can't really have a taste in batman since you probably don't even know WHY he became batman, etc. not all people like nolan's version, but NEXT TO NO ONE likes that schumacher abomination known as batman & robin

I think you should trick him into signing some autographs and then throw them in his face.

That would teach his space wasting, pompous ass.
