so, without getting too spoilery, man that last episode was really sad, but really good too...

The fact that they are going to D.C. makes me think we'll meet someone named Negan soon...

Also, seeing Glenn with a baseball bat makes me think... well, there's gonna be a lot more tragedy in the last half of the season.

Yea, the first episode back was pretty sad but it was really well done, one of the better episodes of the series so far in my opinion and probably the most emotional and well acted death on the show thus far.
