Confession time.

I have liked this song for decades. Being me, and the way I hear music, the only thing I ever heard with this song was "Tuesday... Afternoon..." I always just heard the sounds of the instruments and the sound of the voice(s). It's a nice pleasant song.
Here's the confession. OMG. I think this is about someone tripping on drugs! I'm not sure how to think about that. I know drugs were the "thing" for many groups, for better and for worse, but I grew up in the sixties and seventies and have never taken drugs. Still haven't.
Well.
It's still a nice song.

Also, from 1967...But this is a live performance from 1968.

1967, I was 8 years old. I had no friends. I had an older brother and sister, and the radio had the best music (in mono). My brother died in 1968. It's no wonder I enjoyed solemn music. 8O :D
