Mine's the Hoenn ones (season 6-8), i can't pick the best one, they're all so awesome in their own way :)

I think my favirout is the first one for the Johto league.

I also like the 1st one, i could have liked the battle dimension too if the singer's voice wasn't so crappy :?

Oh, heavens yes, does it ever! I remember when everything about it was fresh and new to me, and there was still so much mystery surrounding the legendary birds and Mewtwo.

Johto Journeys (season 3). :)

Indigo League and Johto Journeys were, I think, a rare example of a dub theme being better than the original Japanese theme.
