Not really my cup of tea, prefer the classic style.

Don't like it. It looks like it should be a buckle on somebody's belt.

I have to admit, I don't like it much either. Looks too kiddy.

Yeah, it's way to shiny and stuff. If they toned it down, made it more rustic or something. It should be darker, not so pristine.

I actually quite like it. I think if they use the "DW" TARDIS shape separately (say, as an ident), it'll rock. The text part is reminiscent in its proportions of the original William Hartnell logo.

The same as when I saw Colin Baker.... (and when I saw the taxi cab logo)

I'm not particularly attached to the logo... not even to the diamond (though Pertwee's tunnel with it's human-shaped bits was the best opener IMHO).

I said Borusa-like at the time, when Colin became the doctor and the world turned against him...

Only the Doctor can be on the show, therefore this is no longer Colin, only the Doctor. (aka there is no candidate, there is only the president).

the same goes for the logo...

there is no shape, there is only the logo.

The best thing about doctor who is the constant change.

"Change, my dear. And, it seems, not a moment too soon!"

Whoa. I did not expect that.

Probably they're preparing for the first full series ever to be broadcast in HD.
