Has anyone ever seen this movie> It's a cheesy cartoon movie from the 1980's about a painter named Peter who sleeps under an enchanted elm tree and can therefore speak to the animals. He then learns the forest is bein threatened by the cactus king emperor spine who wants to turn it into a desert. So peter must help his forest friends against the cactus king. Very cheesy movie (originally croatian but dubbed in english) but it has a hot fox chick (no pun intended) and a song featuring dancing shrooms. Here's a trailer:
