So I stumbled on this very good series (probably best in the season), and main character looks like she is somewhere on the autistic spectrum.

If somebody have seen it (12 episodes are out at the moment) or read the manga, can you tell me where she is (and how accurate is it presented)? Is it aspergers? Or something else? Or is she just very shy NT?

Oh I have been watching this show, it has been very popular on ANN. Sawako is very awkward with social situations, is very quite and often has trouble in knowing how to act.

I might also throw in Ryu who is also very quite and is bad at remembering names, two traits of mine I attribute to my AS. And also didn't want to change his seat possibly out of wanting familiarity which is another AS trait.

But what about her apparent naivety?

Well, at least I though of it as her being naive until recent few episodes where Kurumi was revealed as a master-manipulator and Sawako just accepted that without a blink. Causing some distress to Kurumi herself (and relief to me, as I was expecting her to be hurt).

Yes Ryu is there too. Although we don't get the benefit of knowing what he thinks as we do with main char.

I'm not sure there is enough information to say.
I can say that I haven't, as of Ep11, seen anything that would exclude the possibility.

That said, this show is quickly becoming one of my favourite animes.
